Acquisition and due diligence

Development starts with finding land that has clear title, legal access and the right land use. Surveys and legal checks come before any money changes hands.

Planning and approvals

A layout plan sets out plots, roads, open spaces and utilities. It's submitted to the planning authority, which checks it against development regulations before approval.

Infrastructure and sale

Once approved, roads, drainage, lighting and power lines are laid. Plots are then marked out and offered to home builders and individual buyers, with documents ready for registration.
